WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?All invoices must be paid in advance every 4 weeks via bank transfer.

IF I REMOVE MY VEHICLE FOR A DAY/WEEKEND/WEEK, DO I GET STORAGE TIME IN CREDIT?No, you're paying for storage in advance to secure the space to store your vehicle.

IS MY CAR INSURED UNDER C & A STORAGE SOLUTIONS’ INSURANCE?Yes, up to a value of £30,000. If your car is valued at more than this, we can inform our insurers, and a surcharge may be added.

DO I STILL NEED TO INSURE MY CAR?It is Recommended, many insurance companies will offer a discount when your car is in storage, but you must notify them when you take it on the road again.

CAN I JUST CALL IN TO PICK UP MY CAR OR TO SEE IT/CLEAN IT?No, please respect the 48-hour notice policy. You may call to see or collect your vehicle, but only by appointment, including bringing your vehicle back.

CAN I LEAVE MY "EVERYDAY" CAR THERE WHEN I PICK UP MY STORED CAR?Yes, we call this a car swap. Unless otherwise arranged, your car will go in the same space as your stored car.

I'M GOING ON HOLIDAY, CAN YOU STORE MY CAR FOR A SHORT TERM?Yes, short-term storage is available.

CAN A FRIEND/COLLEAGUE/FAMILY MEMBER COLLECT MY CAR?Yes, but notice of this and who is collecting must be given in writing to the email address. The collector must have proof of ID before we allow the car to be taken.

Can i run a business from one of your storage units?Yes, but does depend on the nature of business, please get in touch.

Can i store my business goods in your units?Yes

For your self storage units do i need contents insurance?This is recommended by C & A Storage Solutions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment for all types of storage is in advance.

The payment method is bank transfer.

Payments are due by the 1st of every month.

Access is strictly by appointment only; proof of ID is required.

An appointment to deposit or withdraw vehicles is needed within 48 hours. We may not be able to accommodate you without an appointment.

When booking an appointment, any third-party collecting vehicle must be arranged. The collector must have proof of ID and a written agreement from the owner.

Customers are recommended to keep their vehicles insured whilst in the C & A Storage Solutions’ storage facility.

C & A Storage Solutions also provides comprehensive services to vehicles in our care.

C & A Storage Solutions is not liable for the cost of any loss or damage to any goods while in the storage facility or the surrounding site.

The exact location of the storage facility will not be given until the storage facility is agreed upon and permitted.

Both parties will sign a storage agreement before storage commences.
